Now, I must preface the answer to this question by giving you some background first, anon.

I come from the Philippines (so the entire country will be what I call my area) and we are a 3rd world nation, which is to say, the cost of living here is much cheaper than in America. (If I am not explaining this quite so well, things cost less because we get paid less.)

Now another thing you must keep in mind is that generally, we also have much smaller tits than caucasian folks do. I mention this because quite truthfully, given how rare the concept of ftm transsexualism even is here, there aren’t really any doctors who ‘specialize’ in top surgery; but what we can do is go to doctors who have experience with gynecomastia surgery. (Cis guys with larger than average man-boobs).

So, given that, my surgery, which will be done by the surgeon with the most experience and good results (which is to say, he’s done this surgery 5-10 times, and the 5 that I’ve seen all have good results), will cost me 2,500 USD for the whole shebang. Now, I have really small tits, so my quotation may be rather low, but as far as I can tell, the average the other guys have been quoted is somewhere along 3,500USD.

So while this may seem like WOAH SO CHEAP in comparison to the prices Americans pay, again, third world country. LOL
