Doesnt the argument:
Trans women are dangerous to women and children in restrooms by the indisputable logic that they (presumably) have a penis, and pose an inherit threat of violence.
follow the same logic as:
Ban gay men from men’s restrooms where young boys may be exposed to the danger of attack or rape.

Yes, but then again, there are people who believe both. Or that there should be a separate bathroom altogether for lgbt/gsm folks.
